MoJo Monks

Six players. Sixty-plus artists. One dance floor that does not sit still.

MoJo Monks have been the Twin Cities’ top variety band since 2009, and the résumés behind the name are not small. Drummer Troy is a two-time snare drum solo world champion who has played with the Minnesota Vikings Drumline. Bassist Scott has performed at the Minnesota State Fair and Grandma’s Marathon. Frontwoman Tammy Jo is a veteran of the Minneapolis cover-band scene with two albums of her own, and keyboardist Jon brings a Music Performance degree and thirty years in Twin Cities bands.
